It's raining here, has been for the past day in a steady outpouring from the sky. As of this morning our local news station reported that we received just under 5" of rain.
So, instead of the drenching photos I snapped out the window yesterday, I'll share pictures from last weekend's sunny adventures. Hopefully that will prompt the heavens to stop the waterworks. :)

On the other side of the road (and the dam) we found some fly fisherman taking a chance in the rapids

Then we found this neat spot at the dam where the Eel Weir Canal dumps into the Presumpscot Resevoir
Obviously a well used swimming/fishing hole!
We might have to come back on a hot sultry summer evening to give this a whirl! :)
What an adventure! it doesn't matter how harmful may it be but what matter most is get a catch. This is what really life is all about.
