I still have Tree Sparrows

The American Tree Sparrow is a cute lil' fellow who likes to spend winters in our region and summers far to our north in the subarctic areas. Easily recognized by his non-streaked chest with a dot in the middle and a two-toned beak - dark upper and yellow lower. I'm lucky enough to have a few that spend the winter in the backyard and come to the feeders on a regular basis. With the amounts of Juncos and these guys maintaining their prescence, I'm hoping that we aren't in for a few more weeks of winter. I can't bear the thought of another snowstorm!
