After warming ourselves in the car post the Eastern Trail walk, I navigated the car over to Pine Point to see if we could see any duckies swimming around - I was hoping for some Old Squaws to show mom, but no such luck - just a small raft of Eiders. We made the best of it and let the boys run around in the soft sand for a few before piling back in the car and heading homeward.
The Downeaster screams it's way back to the Portland station.
