    Ther sure is something about tree's being tapped ----the buckets and all---that sweet watery taste when you catch a drop on your finger----and just thinging---Wow this will be made into a product of great time and labor, and so much sap to make such a small quantity of syrup----maybe that why the real thing is so expensive!!! Love the bucket's
